A procedural judge at the Court of Apeal made the following decision that the route of appeal from a Circuit Judge in a County Court is to the County Court. By so doing denied the applicant of the correct route of appeal.

The applicant has been provisionally assessed to pay cost of a Multi Track Hearing by the Senior Cost Office of the Royal Court of Justice.

It follows that the Applicant was deprived of justice by the procedural judge of the Court of Appeal since the route of appeal from the Circuit Judge for a hearing that lasted two days with value of claim several magunitude more than the fast track limit of £25,000 ought to be to the Court of Appeal.
