Evidence of a flawed judicial system

The redacted image showed a final decision of a judge in the Court of Appeal. The judge misdirected himself in law that there was no jurisdiction for the Court of Appeal to entertain an appeal from the Administrative Court contrary to CPR 52:15.

The Lord Chief Justice of England & Wales and the Head of Civil Justice have both refused to intervene because the procedural judges (Deputy Masters) of the Court of Appeal have refused to put it officially before them whereas they have judicial powers over the procedural judges.
